军棋 陆战棋: A Feature-rich Military Chess App

军棋, also known as 陆战棋, is a beautifully designed and feature-rich military chess app. It offers two-player chess and four-nation chess gameplay.

The app supports human vs. AI battles, two-player battles, and allows users to choose from multiple difficulty levels for AI opponents. In two-player chess, players can play with four different rule sets: flipping pieces, layout, hidden chess, and revealed chess. Four-nation chess supports two rule sets: four hidden and two revealed, and users can choose to zoom in on the chessboard or directly select pieces.

军棋 also allows users to edit, load, and save layouts, and provides a wide range of preset reference layouts. In hidden chess mode, players can mark opponent's pieces for easy identification. The app also offers customizable rule details, such as whether to allow the smallest piece or the engineer to dig mines, and whether the headquarters can be captured.

The AI opponent is quite intelligent, requiring players to not only strategize but also rely on a bit of luck to defeat it. For Bluetooth multiplayer battles, users may need to pair or try creating a new game if connection issues arise. Wi-Fi multiplayer battles require both players to be connected to the same wireless network.
